In order to ensure customer happiness, we at Indulgence Mart provide a product quality guarantee.
A manufacturer's warranty covers every item; please contact the manufacturer for particular information.
"What should I do if my item is damaged or broken?"
When your item(s) come, please check the packaging. If you see any damage, even if it's just to the box, you should indicate it when you sign for delivery. Note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt if you cannot open the package during delivery but believe there may be damage. If any of your items come damaged, please email support@indulgencemart with pictures, and we will replace or refund your order immediately (typically within one business day).
